To raise the turn? or not?

Preflop: Hero is MP with Q A
UTG folds, Hero raises to $0.15, 3 folds, BB calls $0.10

Flop: ($0.32) T 4 9 (2 players)
BB checks, Hero checks

Turn: ($0.32) Q (2 players)
BB bets $0.15, Hero ??

This turned into a bit of a scarey board on the turn , KJ gets there J8 gets there, but his low bet makes me this he is still drawing. So I am guessing something like JQ or a FD, as well as suit connectors. So I am curious is this is a spot I should be raising here for value against draws.

Preflop: looks fine

Postflop: As played we should call the turn to bluff catch. However, I'd just cbet that flop with 2 overs tere and no info on the guy.

O sorry he was loose passive something like 40/10. Taking a second look I think we are probly folding out a decent amount of his range there, as I think he is calling with a bunch of crap.

If we pick up the pot on the flop it's not bad and we also have some thin value versus hands he may call plus equity with backdoors and two overs.
