Hero (CO): 143.56 BB

SB posts SB 0.5 BB, BB posts BB 1 BB

Pre Flop: (pot: 1.5 BB) Hero has Q♥ A♥

UTG calls 1 BB, fold, Hero raises to 5 BB, fold, fold, fold, UTG calls 4 BB

Flop: (11.5 BB, 2 players) 7♥ Q♦ 6♠
UTG checks, Hero bets 7 BB, UTG calls 7 BB

Turn: (25.5 BB, 2 players) J♥
UTG checks, Hero bets 16 BB, UTG calls 16 BB

River: (57.5 BB, 2 players) 7♦
UTG checks, Hero bets 34 BB, fold

Hero wins 54.92 BB

is bet/f river ok, and size? I didnt like turn and river cards that much so decided to bet smaller. Would larger bets on flop and turn and shove river on good run out be overplay vs fish?

Hi Gingerkid,

Preflop: looks fine

postflop: Bet/bet/bet is the line I'd take as well.

Given the board structure I think that we can definitely increase our turn bet and look to ship the river.

Villain will usually fold most weaker pairs on the turn and keep Qx and draws, maybe Jx.
