Pre Flop: (pot: 1.5 BB) Hero has A♥ 2♥

fold, MP raises to 3 BB, fold, Hero raises to 9 BB, fold, fold, MP calls 6 BB

Flop: (19.5 BB, 2 players) J♣ 9♥ 5♣
MP checks, Hero bets 12 BB, MP calls 12 BB

Turn: (43.5 BB, 2 players) K♦
MP checks, Hero bets 27 BB, MP raises to 81.96 BB and is all-in, fold

MP wins 93.12 BB

I guess cbet is not good since his range hits it hard? I cbet because of bdfd.
Turn I planned to bet and shove river to fold his TT, Jx, maybe QQ, 88, floats. Would that be spewy without outs?

Hey GingerKid,

While I don't think your line is that bad, I agree with your comments regarding flop texture. There are just so many ways opponents can hit this board and you are unlikely to have a lot of fold-equity. You also have very little pot-equity.

Fine to just check-back flop and give up. If villain checks twice perhaps you can fire a delayed cbet.

If opponent checks twice, and you bet turn, do you bet river? I think in NL50 people will only ch twice with showdown value, with plan to call down. Because with air they would bet turn.
I could always represent top pair here, or if K doesnt show up, I usually ch flop with Jx, TT so I could represent value here, and I think I should bet river if I opponent ch flop ch turn.

Usually just fire one without a read. Pretty sure villain has a check/fold range after he checks twice.

Also if he does have showdown value, no guarantee he folds to two barrels either. I think generally regs at these limits fire 2 barrels too often in this spot so I might be unlikely to c/c flop and c/f river with too many hands unless river was very bad card.
