KT 3 handed play

Might be fine to fold river, you only beat bluffs at this stage. Opponent is not value-betting worse generally.

Vs passive opponent it is also an option to play raise/fold on flop, fire turn, and then check back river.

Overall not that likely he has club-draw. Although possible.

Probably still could be a fold because you will better Kx and sets a lot unless your opponent is very aggressive and will just three-barrel a missed draw.

After firing turn you could possibly still check back river.

The idea is that if opponent calls down 2 streets after flop raise he probably has a better Kx or something stronger.

Much of the value comes from draws in his range, so when all those draws miss on the river it makes sense to check back even if your hand is reasonably strong, because there is a chance only better hands will call.

But who knows, there may be some thin value. Depends on how exactly the board runs out. You should probably value bet river if you hit a Ten.
