Do we have some options here? I dont like folding, but we cant call to set mine. Turning our hand into bluff isnt an option too, cause if he jams we are usually behind or flipping at best.

Anyways, as you pointed out, calling OOP isn't an option with this hand, also 3betting might be considered as bad against unknown, just because we shouldn't plan to 3bet/go broke, so there are better hands to 3bet bluff with - such as Ax/Kx type of hands.
So having this said, I think that folding is indeed the best option here.

Well, i folded this one. A lot of factors were against playing it.
What pairs we might start to play in particular case? Something like 88+ ?
P.s. I dont see these shorties being really good so far. Too passive etc.
I think without information something like 88+ should be fine.
You could call 77-88 and play OOP, but then I think without information it might not be the best idea.
And yes, there are quite a few good short/middle stackers around on these stakes - mostly they are BE or even loosing and only playing for rakeback/bonuses/rake races.
When I played in PH there were some shorstackers on NL25/50 which were defending only 10% in bvb, or folding like 90% to 3bets, so if you take a time trying to find their leaks (which shouldn't be hard) you could easily win a lot of money from them.
