OTR bet for value from two pairs combos? Since i think he would raise ott combos that beat me.

Hey C,

He is a player that limp/called and has a high VPIP with low PFR. He looks like being loose passive player and for that we should always always value bet.

He calls your medium flop bet. The turn makes the board more coordinated. He has a hand he likes so he will call hands like J9, Q9, 79, 78, J8, etc. Value bet a considerable amount, I'd say 5 or 5.50 and then value bet river quite big as well since you now still tempt Tx to call but also that K makes you beat T8, 89, T9, etc.
