On turn no bet becasue I think there is not value, board is too scary and my kicker is low.

On river there are many draws completed, also TT, KQ can be in his range so fold.

Hey S,

Flop is generally a check back. Your hand is marginal to get value first of all. Next, you will burn money if you cbet 100% range here so you need to check back. If you check back only air you burn money as well so checking back a few TPs is great.

As played, bet turn and check back river. The turn improves AK, QJ, JT, 99, other Jx, Qx that floated, pair + club. Don't forget how much wider ranges are here. If you do check back the turn where your opponents range improved but is still not ahead of you, it should be with the intention of calling a blank river like you have here.
