MP1: 975 (19.5 bb)
MP2: 2,020 (40.4 bb)
MP3: 1,549 (31 bb)
CO: 1,070 (21.4 bb)
BTN: 1,720 (34.4 bb)
SB: 1,676 (33.5 bb)
BB: 1,650 (33 bb)
Hero (UTG+1): 1,380 (27.6 bb)

Preflop: Hero is UTG+1 with A T
Hero raises to 150, UTG+2 calls 150, 7 folds

Flop: (375) 7 9 A (2 players)
Hero bets 187, UTG+2 raises to 424, Hero raises to 1,230 and is all-in, UTG+2 calls 806

Turn: (2,835) Q (2 players, 1 is all-in)
River: (2,835) K (2 players, 1 is all-in)

I know my pre flop raise is maybe a little early but what is the best thing to do post flop?
check/ fold?
bet & if meet resistance fold?

most likely a bet/fold is the best play here. You should have just folded pre-flop though.

You can also check/call flop and check/fold turn

Preflop folding would be best from so early position.

Postflop my default plan would be to bet flop, bet turn and evaluate river. Folding to raise in flop and turn. You can only go broke with some maniac reads.
