Turn - bet because SB did not look super strong when he just calls flop. He should not do this with set. SO I assume he can have FD, maybe AJs as TP.
ANd fish can have variouse weaker Jx and FDs. SO bet for value.
The only thing is that they both called flop, I was not sure if my hand is strong enough anymore. Its posible that fish slowplayes even on such board better hand.
