pre - i think its fine vs such a guy
flop - i guess i can't fold to a single cbet if i decided to play the hand at all, even with the 'scary' A out there (his stats make me think it didn't neccessarily hit him that often). the problem is his sizing.. are you folding here but calling a smaller cbet or would you say that against such a guy call is fine even for this price?
turn - first of all - are you folding and giving him credit when he double barrels? the only reason ive called is because he changes his sizing, i assume he would pot it again with his very strong hands (another thing is that im beat not only by his very strong hands) + ive picked up a gutter.
if you think that continuing with the hand is ok it should be a ch/shove prolly since a ch/c committs us anyway, right?
in spots like that i sometimes think that even though a call on the turn committs us from the math's perspective i wouldn't neccessarily feel horrible ch/folding river since i expect him to get scared by my two calls and bet river only with his strongest hands but check behind all the rest, most of which i have beat. Does that make any sense at all? or maybe it would make sense only with very strong reads that he never bluffs 3 streets (which are obv very hard to aquire). Or maybe im just trying to defy the rules of poker math and doing so is gonna be always wrong?
