can i somehow get the HUD to start at sng, before the first hand, and not after the first hand?
I turn down UAC, and tried prefetch, but it still wont start.

The HUD is triggered by the Hand History file for the SNG, so HM2 has no idea who is at your table -- or even what tables you've opened -- until at least one hand is dealt.
Nice idea though.
I don't know if it is possible for any software to obtain the names any other way.
