1. Hmm this is a tough question - I don't know how the anoy regs play in general. You should make a population read in such spots - Are they likelier to be bluff-heavy or value weighted? The stronger your hand, the more you should be wanting to shove to cooler villain's second best hand before the board turns ugly (Q9/97 is good for shoving unless you have one of the flush draws, then you can slowplay)

2. I would shove this hand if I felt like villain is very light here. I don't think you need to shove draws for balance.

Think carefully about villain's range. balancing is only important to make him indifferent with his bluff catchers. He reps a polarized range here - He either has some bluff/draw, or a nutted hand. He always stacks off his nutted hands here and he folds his weak draws if he doesn't have enough equity to stack off. He never has a medium strength hand here IMO after taking this CR turn line.

3. As I answered previously in your second question, balance is not important here in this spot where villain reps a polarized range. It'll be different if villain bets Flop and Turn and you raise him. Now you are the one repping the nutted hands and turning his AA type of hands into bluff catchers

4. He reps J8 and JT the most in my opinion, and he could def have Q9 from time to time. I think people should be more inclined to c/r a hand like 97, low cards are just more vulnerable in general.

As for non made hands, I guess a hand like A:d9:d makes sense or some other backdoor draw.

a) spade - you call shove, if checked shove
b) A/9 - same as spade, even when it's diamond? maybe if he check you decide to bet but not shove?
c) K/Q you fold to shove/ xbeh?
d) how about non A non 9 diamond if checked to you? do you bluff for like 35 as if he was semibluffing he probably has some weak sd value that beats K high?
e) how about non-diamond missed river?

I would just shove everything when checked to. We have no reads on how he plays so i suppose thats the default strategy we should use.

I dont think people check with nutted hands by default and i have no idea whether this guy is capable of herocalling a small bet with ace high to bluff catch vs a busted draw if u bet small.
