Full Tilt No-Limit Hold'em, $1.00 BB (7 handed) - Full-Tilt Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

Hero (SB) ($103.20)
BB ($175.30)
MP1 ($200)
MP2 ($195.50)
MP3 ($129.25)
CO ($102.50)
Button ($456.55)

Preflop: Hero is SB with 9, 9
3 folds, CO raises to $3.50, 1 fold, Hero calls $3, BB calls $2.50

Flop: ($10.50) J, 8, 7 (4 players)
Hero bets $6, 1 fold, CO calls $6

Turn: ($22.50) 10 (3 players)
Hero bets $11, CO calls $11

River: ($44.50) 7 (3 players)
Hero bets $33, CO raises to $66, Hero...

Probably another tried-too-hard hand.

Flop I'm OOP against two opponents, just one overcard, decided to take a stab at the pot and try to take it down right there.

Turn I hit a miracle card, made a somewhat smallish bet, as I didn't see anything to protect against.

River... well... now what?
Fold, Call or Push?

quite a tough spot, I hate those ;)
As played, personally, I'd hardly make the fold, although it is very probable that we are beat.
But I think that the better line is a bigger bet on the turn(definitely), and then check/call river. We may catch a bluff this way, and if we are behind - we limit our loss most times.

How much would you bet on turn? And why?
As I said, I don't see much to protect against here.

Why check/call river?
The way this hand was played I can hardly put him on a better hand on the river.
Before river, two pair or set are so unlikely, he'd probably raise them somewhere along the way.
Q9 is also unlikely, he raised PF (OK, he could be stealing, so it's possible), and there are already two 9s in my hand.

I think a set a very probable holding, completing the full house on the river. For instance, he may have slowplayed it on flop, was concerned about the 9 on the turn which completes the straight that's why he just calls and after he completes his full house, he raises the river. If I had a set, I'd play it quite often in a similar way.
I don't say that this is the case - but to my mind it is very likely and Q9 needs a little bit of respect, too. That's the first reason why I'd check call it - to see a cheaper showdown in case I am beat.
Second reason is that by checking the river we may induce a bluff and get value from hands which wouldn't have called a bet.
OK, sometimes he has AJ/KJ and calls our river value bet, but if he does not, he either just mucks or we got to that ugly spot - getting raised.

c-bet more on the flop and bet more on the turn. on the river, I also bet and make a crying call.

Faye6891 doesnt cbet, he donks out....
if you do donk out, u should bet bigger.
turn bet has to be way higher imo. there is not necessarily a lot to protect against, but there are many cards which could kill the action on the river + its time to valuetown villain.

river is b/f imo. vs his likely range, i dont see a call ... besides u have a solid read that he is just awful.
