Hi

This really depends on the dynamic. Are you 3-bet bluffing a lot? If no dynamic has been established, this would be a pretty clear call. Once you start bluffing and he starts merging his raising range by adding QJ and KQ, then you have an easy value 3-bet on the Flop.
