Hi M,

I prefer raising flop once you get a caller and there's a player left behind. Usually they have quite a few hands that can call raises (flushdraws, gusthots, smaller overpairs). As played, I'm thinking raise turn for value vs the small bet.. we do want to also stack UTG somehow if he has a decent pair.
