Preflop - could check but was not sure, decided its A high, so raise for value. Downside is that OOP.
Flop - I guess bad cbet - J9x board hits his broadways range and also is suited so SCs also hit. If it was not suited, could cbet I guess, becuase he still have various trash and PPs.
TUrn - decided to catch, because draws are not completed here, so he can bet with them.
River can be a bluff, an be busted str draw. For given odds cannot fold I think.
