Hi

I think you should try to answer the question yourself. A few things to think about...

1. What QX hands are in his range Preflop after he calls your 3-bet?
2. How many streets of value can you go for?
3. Alternative lines other than bet bet check? bet check bet?
4. You don't have a club in your hand - It's likelier that he has a club flush on the Turn, as compared to when you have A:cQ:d.
