Villain is mostly unknown, but has a small sample that suggests he's a tight aggressive player.

I 3bet on mp3, get 4beted minimum and decide to call.
I was thinking about going broke with AKs pre-flop and decided to call because i was in position and i can stop & go as well and fold if the flop misses.
Once the flop came AJ3 I decided i'm beting. he bets beforehand and realising that he's going broke I just raised all-in.
My thinking is that this i'm better against smaller aces, high pocket pairs (except JJ) Jacks and semi-bluffs that have to call because of the odds.
I didn't give him any fold equaty for obvious reasons.
How did i play?
