Final Pot: $80.67.

Villian is fish
45/18 over 11 hands

note: post BB on UTG and open raises.

This villain range i believe could be very wide from the way he is playing which kinda set me thinking maybe my QJ might be ahead.

To me folding QJ vs a fish is too weak.
QJo is abit too weak to just call a raise.
3Betting is abit overplayed but i believe it has it's merits.

As played, I dont think i can go anywhere then this line.

Hey E,

I think you have way better hands in your range to stack off with equity wise.. AKs and AJs, KJs all have better equity here and would be a stack off while QJo although has better showdown value, it's generally crushed by a stack off range.

So it would be better if i just fold pre?

No, 3betting preflop is fine, especially vs a fish.

Even flop and turn bets are fine but once you get raised without being able to make a good estimate of his range, we can definitely consider folding what is a hand towards the bottom of our range.. We only slightly beat draws while we are crushed by the rest. We also have way better Qx hands, sets, 2pair, overpairs in our range, combo draws that do better equity wise. No need to stack off every top pair we hit in a 3bet pot.
