BU is stealing 39% so I 3-bet bluff with KTo. Plan is to give up unless I hit. On the flop I'm open ended so fire off a Cbet slightly above 1/2 pot with a bet/fold line.

Is it ok to give up the betting lead on the turn here OOP vs TAG who called 3-bet preflop? or should I fire another barrel here?

Hello,

Preflop I am fine with the 3bet but being OOP I would usually make it 10bb.

On this flop cbetting is fine.
What's the plan if he raises?

As played, I don't expect a lot of folds on this turn so unless we plan to bet/bet/bet which against relatively unknown might not be the best idea on this board, I would check here as well.

River is good.

Best,
Plamen

If villain raises I'd have to look at the odds and outs, as well as implied odds.

Villain has called a 3-bet then raised the flop so his holding could be quite strong and as such there would be good chance of him paying off if I hit. Implied odds decrease being out of position but villain is aggressive so there are check raise possibilities. I would also have to consider that he could have a made hand like QT so some of my outs may have to be discounted...

Sure, I would usually not go with a call being OOP with such an obvious draw so I would rather play for stacks if I think I have some fold equity or just give up.

If the board was QJx then we could go with a call here though.

Call on QJx because my holding would be less obvious and more likely to get paid off if A or 9 comes?

How would I know if he has a tendency to raise/fold the flop?

I've just checked and BU had a FCB of 33% so it looks like he has a tendency to float/peel especially IP, which leads me to think a turn bet here would get him to fold often enough.

Yes, QJx is a better flop to call because our hand is better disguised.

In order to know whether or not he likes to raise/fold we need to have more hands on him and basically more information which we can't have for the 40 hands we have on him.

Also, just because we have 40 hands on him and this 33% fcb is probably 1 out of 3, I wouldn't really depend on it.
