On the flop you have to either cap(which would be my default) or call and c/r turn. With hand so underplayed you leave too much value if you dont extract more from weaker Kx or any other possible weaker hands. Fact that he is IP and he 3bet on the flop I would preffer not to give him a chance to check back on the turn(which is something that happens relativelly often)

Turn is a nice card c/r super easy,his 3bet is the point when you start thinking. KQ,KJ are probably there, KT, has to be reduced somewhat and K8 or lower is prolly not even there. Out of the hands that beat you...99,K9s,22?!? ...not really many but still... I think capping is totally fine especially with the read.

River is not the best card KT gets there but still you want extra value from KQ,KJ. After his turn raise I dont see any other option but to call unless you really know him as a spewmonkey in which case this hand is pointless to discuss...just cap cap cap.

This hand is not worth 8 bets on turn and river

K9 and KT are definitely hands to 3-bet a CO open with and add in to the fact that there's also 99 and potentially (although unlikely) 22 to consider as well, I'd just call his river raise.

Edit: In fact there's also an incredbly spewy QJ here so the number of combos we beat is falling rapidly behind what we lose to and the action is telling us that more often than not we're beat here.

Ahead:

KQ - 4 combos
KJ - 4 combos
AA played like a total lunatic - 6 combos (discount to 2 combos at most)

Behind:

KT - 3 combos
K9 - 3 combos
99 - 3 combos
QJ - 16 combos (heavily discounted...probably to 2-3 combos)
22 - 3 combos (discount to 1 combo)

In fact even with 99 here I'd be getting a little sketchy if he raised the river after I capped the turn unless my opponent had no hand reading ability whatsoever, we've told him we have Kx and he doesn't care so either he's way overplaying his hand or he can beat Kx

Stats over 5 hands don't mean anything, so they're really not worth providing and sure he might be on tilt but I'm pretty sure once he raises the river that the vast majority of the time he has AK beat.

Of course if he's gone bananas the previous 4 hands with any pair then go nuts.
