I know its not great raising in this position, but i was doing it because of the limp utg.
When he snap calls the flop i am thinking i am being taken for a mug, either at least tp aks etc. Hence the turn check. I know it looks weak so i am not sure if betting was the right thing?
Also come the river it was a relativly easy fold tbh, although i dont like folding trips!!
