Villain 26/20/3bet 17%/123 hand

Is it too loose to call preflop? Or I can call 3bet with 88-99 when we are deeper a bit?

Postflop? I think this hand too strong to turn into a bluff on the turn and fold to a shove.

Hi,

I'm not sure but I think it's too loose to call oop even deeper. I just x/f flop, too many shitty turns for you, he is betting pretty big and I feel like there are more fireworks coming and I don't really feel like burning $75 to fold later.
