I was wondering how many do I need to wait to PokerStrategy send money to my account on PartyPoker for passing the quiz.

It usually takes around 48 hours to get your starting capital unless they require id, in which case they will send you an e-mail or a ticket.
Have you checked either of these to see if they require id from you?
