I am unable to start quiz, as the controls for entering the Username for Free Money don't seem to work for me.
I have tried both in Chrome and IE. Please advise.

Since you have already earned the free poker money before, unfortunately you can't receive the money on another room anymore. 
So that's the reason you cannot enter your username anywhere.
