Well if you have an edge againts others playing deep stack then yes. You can see how pokerstars member xflixx is playing deep stack tables and according to him those tables brings a lot of cash

Tables aren't profitable -- players are.
I like being deep stacked on normal 100 BB tables.
It seems to me I get more respect. But when I tried the 200 BB tables, I didn't like it -- I can't remember why.
I don't think that's the case when everyone is deep stacked.
Do you have a good post-flop game?
Also, you'll a bankroll of at least 25 BI -- and on 200 BB tables that's twice as much as at 100 BB tables.
Why not give it a shot and see how your winrate is?
