I am cbetting the flop as standard expecting some folds from broadways,it.s not like I don't want him to call w KQ,AJ,AQ but i don't know if I would shove any river and I don't know If V is capable to bluff his stack when Hero chcks OTT.
So I choose to cbet,and remain with PSb with the intention to shove any 
, A or K,and x/f everything else...
