I got tens preflop so i call it to setmine or flop an overpair. Then the flop is lowball connected and i think i am still in pretty good shape with my overpair. Then the turn brings the J. Could have missed villain and he checks to me. So I bet it. Then got raised. Should I have not that eager to stack off with it?

Hey AdvancedTNn1984,

Preflop is fine.

We can probably consider just playing raise/fold on such a drawy flop. Flatting is the second best option though.

We should definitely bet the turn for value/protection. We should play bet/fold though and likely fold directly to x/min-raise on the turn.
