JJ vs Fish Nl25

Preflop call vs squeeze is fine.

Generally I would x/c flop and x/f turn here. However if he's really as spazzy as you say we should probably either just call all three streets or 4bet for value preflop.

i like 4betting ~3x best.

when utg calls he's most likely capped and fish love calling 4b, so with a decent 4b we can both kick utg out of the pot and play against the fish, which is great.
then postflop you can c/c down or c/s pretty much any board without 2 overcards i guess. what do you think?

BTN seems like a maniac, even with just 53 hands. It will be likely he has a weaker range here.

What do we put our 2 villains on?

UTG probebly has something like AK he doesn't want to 4b or AQ/KQ or a middle PP. He could have a stubborn suited connector as he plays a little loose. Unlikely he is trapping with a hand stronger than us.

BTN could have us beat, but you have seen him squeeze with air and spazz out postflop. Most likely we have him beat.

Now do we want to call or raise?
- Call; do we call here to setmine? What will we do if UTG shows agression postflop? What will we do with an overpair postflop vs BTN?
- Raise; What do we do if UTG pushes? What do we do if BTN pushes?

I think it is best here to call, even we think we are ahead. If you raise the pot can get really awkward postflop when we are called. The pot will be something like $22 and our stack will be $24. Also this way we keep the BTN his range wide and can play with a strong hand postflop.

On the flop villain will probably Cbet his whole range. UTG folds as expected and we can make an easy call.

On the turn We have to think if we want to call 2 streets or if we want to fold here. Calling here and re-evaluate on the river doesn't work as we will have a half potbet left on the river. The only thing I see working against a call is that you say you saw him bluff with bigger bets. This could mean he valuebets hands smaller.

However villains range is still pretty wide here and the only thing here that beats you is QQ,KK and AA and random 3x/5x hands. For this reason I would call the turn AND the river here regarding of what the river brings

against a 4bet... utg will rarely push, but if he pushes it's probably a fold.
if btn pushes we call ofc, not super happy about it but it's not that close either.

btn range will be wide regardless ♦ i guess you can just make the 4bet ~2.2x as utg will just push or fold most often anyway, and against that sizing fish never fold. flop is c/c down to let him spazout.

Yeah, sounds reasonable. Can easily be +EV.

It'll up our variance though, and we need to believe that JJ is ahead of the range that calls a 3bet and then a 4bet of course.
