Preflop call probably fine. Actually we shouldn't be too excited about calling QQ here since CO is not squeezing that much plus it's versus EP open and MP call. Generally we can call to set-mine and hope MP3 overcalls.

I think flop bet might be an overplay in this specific situation. Flop texture is actually kind of bad for us. I think x/f is fine.

Turn check is the best option imo. Nothing wrong with betting super small though if you don't mind being unbalanced.

I have no clue what's going on on river. We only lose to slowplays and random 3x. Certainly not a snap call - it's pretty close and there is an argument for either. Really depends on any info we have on villain.

In my opinion the opponent might easily have an overpair QQ-AA. When you donk on JT6r, you represent JJ, TT, JTs and perhaps 66 ? So he could be cautious, and just call, in order to keep your bluffs in, in case you have any (folding an overpair would be too weak anyway). On the turn you check on a blank, which makes me think that you are either giving up on a hand or planing a check-raise allin. So in villains shoes I would also probably check behind with QQ-AA. On the river you check again, representing that you give up. A river brings 3, so now the opponent even beats your 2 pair and only loses to a set, which you would almost never have, given you checked the turn and river. So - easy valuebet for him. He might have floated you with AK, which he turns into a bluff now, but I think you should fold your QQ.
