Raise or call turn? I`m not sure about his range. He is tight and he isn`t very aggressive, so probably he doesn`t have a lot of bluffs so perhaps raising is better?

I think shoving the river for value is fine. He probably won`t fold AT,55 and 98s if he have that.

Preflop: looks fine

Postflop: we have a really small sample and his line looks like a value hand that doesn't want you to check back that turn card. Thus I think a small raise, 2.5x or so would be best (on the turn).
