Anon. table.

28/14 fold to 3b 100%(3), 45% agg.freq., 50fold to Cbet (3/6) single raised pots, 111 hands

Not sure what is best on the turn.

My plan was to c/c, but when he bet so big, i folded... I don`t like it. He probably doesn`t have that many 8x and he can have some FDs and even some weaker overpairs.

I could probably bet the turn for value again. I think that he will call with JJ,QQ and FDs, but then i`m not sure how to play the river, even on a blank. Shoving might be thin and i`m not sure if i can ch/c either...

Hi AchillesBG

Preflop: looks fine

Postflop: I'm not sure how we can fold an overpair on that turn. Sure 88 is possible but so is JJ or flush draws.

His big turn bet is also very polarizing so there's no way I'm folding but I do agree that betting ourselves is an option but we make him fold all his floats. Thus I prefer ck/shoving in this spot to let him bet all of his range there.
