When i hit trips i check to let him bet his weaker hands. SO i call. I did the sameon the turn, but i think as a straight hits i could of bet folded.

When he checks i think he would bet a J9 on the turn so decide to pot it on the river to get get a call from Qx.

I am stumped when he raises me as i cant see trip Q's nor a straight very often, so i call him putting me all in expecting to see AQ or a weaker set.

I think i misread this!!

Hey Stu24023,

Flop check is ok. We can potentially just go for a x/r on this texture. It's not super dry or anything.

Turn is fine as played.

River is a tough spot - but probably a call when our hand is this strong and opponent can't be value-raising worse hands.
