Hero (BB): $13.31 (133.1 bb)
UTG: $2.78 (27.8 bb)
MP: $10 (100 bb)
CO: $12.38 (123.8 bb)
BTN: $26.01 (260.1 bb)
SB: $4.59 (45.9 bb)

Preflop: Hero is BB with 9 A
3 folds, BTN raises to $0.30, SB folds, Hero calls $0.20

Flop: ($0.65) 3 9 A (2 players)
Hero checks, BTN bets $0.45, Hero calls $0.45

Turn: ($1.55) 3 (2 players)
Hero checks, BTN bets $1.10, Hero calls $1.10

River: ($3.75) 8 (2 players)
Hero checks, BTN bets $2.70, Hero calls $2.70

The guy was playing 18/11 over 180 hands. no real info and barreling frequencies. his open range was 13 from the BU but this is most likely a sample size issue im picking. do I want to be raising anywhere in this hand? like say on the flop because I don't rep much and he'd probably call with pairs plus bottom draws and FDs

Hi legand73

Preflop: looks fine. 13% steal from 190 hands is definitely odd.

Postflop: I definitely t hink we should raise the flop, get value from his draws and Ax hands that will not fold. So I'd raise flop and barrel down.

As played raise the turn, he now has 2p with Ax and has less set combos.

yeah i completely agree about raising flop in retrospect.

I think i didn't raise turn because in general turn raises seem a lot more value heavy so I thought that maybe i'd get more value from letting him bet on the river but not sure if he's doing it all too often on such a board.
