Hi,

Against 44/6 I would isolate raise pre-flop. He would most likely just call and c/f a lot of flops which he misses (and since he plays close to 50% of hands, he would miss quite often)

Calling flop is fine- you can take it away on the turn if he checks to you+ you sometimes also improve to flushes.
With his 3-bet he put you difficult spot on the turn: I like your turn raise for value and since I don´t expect players to 3-bet bluff when flushdraw got there I would just fold to his 3-bet.
If you call then you have to credit him having A high flushdraw and have to call him down if river is brick. Since he made it 4.1$ I doubt he is going to check too often, so I think you may easily see 8-11$ bet on the river.

Unless he seems maniac who likes to push people around I would take better spot when to stack him

best regards,
