Hi Stu24023

Preflop: looks fine

Postflop: I think that you can fold any non nut flush on the river. The line villain took is almost always the nuts. ck/call, ck/call and then donk river.

I'd call only if he is an aggro monkey here.

I think I would either play this check behind and bet the turn if he checks or call if he bets the turn Or bet the flop and check behind the turn, but yeah the river seems like the pure nuts.

Is it wrong to play it like this and if so why?

Those are quite a few options there that you listed.

Given we have position and his range is wide I don't mind betting the flop. We can make some better fold and worse call.

Checking the turn on blanks where you don't think better folds is fine.
