Few questions about Ranges from strategy articles

Hi,
1.
When I read this, I assumed that ranges given for "versus BB 3Bet" would be :
3-Bet/Fold:
K6s-K2s, Q6s-Q2s, A6o-A2o, K7o-K6o, Q7o-Q6o (11%, #148)

3-Bet/Call:
AdAh, AdAs, AhAs, AdAc, AhAc, KhKs, KhKc, KsKc, AK, QQ-TT (32%, #42)

These are the ranges given in the strategy article BB Pre-flop Ranges

From that article, BB is folding 51%, calling 34% and 3Betting the rest.
So I'm guessing that the ranges given for SB are against this 15% 3Betting range. Note that this is 15% vs SB not 15% overall.

I'm hoping someone with a deeper understanding of this posts a reply.

UTG Defending ranges
Call:
AsAc, KdKh, KdKs, KdKc, QQ-JJ, AQs+, AKo (#36)

4-Bet/Fold:
AQo (#12)

4-Bet/Call:
AdAh, AdAs, AhAs, AdAc, AhAc, KhKs, KhKc, KsKc (#8)

From that it looks to me that the UTG defending ranges are NARROWER than the MP defending ranges.

I think that this makes sense, since SB 3Betting vs UTG would be a stronger range than SBs 3Bet range vs MP.

I did not write the original strategy articles though, so I cannot be certain.

Yes, vs SB you have a right,
but UTG vs BB:
Defending range: TT+, AQs+, KQs, QJs, JTs, AQo+ (#74)

MP vs BB
Defending-Range: TT+, AQs+, KQs, JTs, AKo (#58)

I think this is a mistake in article.
