Preflop:Given what we know about our opponents we have two viable options. Cold 4-bet or call and hope that UTG comes over the top given the amount of money in the pot (and since he's 4-bet quite a bit so far he can be quite wide).

Since we would also have position postflop I like the call a lot more than the 4bet.
