I would suggest that the best way to find these things out is to contact the poker rooms directly.
You might try a google search, too.

that's not the problem in my opinion
the main problem is if you'll have internet connection there, and if you do, the lions will not disturb your preflop hand selection

Even as the #1 affiliate in the world, it's pretty tough to keep track of the legality of EVERY country in the world, particularly countries like Cameroon that don't exactly provide a big customer base.
