Awesome first post.

You mention that you plan to update this frequently.
Would you like us to move this to the blogs forum?
It might get more notice there.

Hey, Noobis!
All the best for the new year -- I hope it is a good one for you.

Will you be blogging your progress?

I have not yet formalized my goals, but they are similar to yours in several respects.

One will be to get MORE sleep -- at least 7-8 hours per night. I tend to wake up a lot, so I will be allowing 9 hours per night to cover the gaps.
My weight goal is also 75 kg, but I'm going the other way -- down from 84.

I worry about the boxing -- the only person I ever knew personally who was a boxer had mush for brains by the time he was 60 -- he was hallucinating almost permanently, and eventually needed to be restrained for the safety of himself and others.

Take care!

Well, weight gain 12 kg is in 5 months is definitely possible. U can get more water into your body, grow muscle and grow fat. Even if you are a beginner, you can grow maximum 7 kg of lean muscle in a year without steroids. If you are advanced, you can grow much less.
If you want to gain muscle & fat, it is very doable :) If you want to get 12 kg of muscle in 5 months, I doubt that it is possible with steroids and flawless nutrition.
