Does anyone know if you can import hands from e-mail into HM2 as i have lost all my programs/HH's etc after installing windows 8.1?
Also i see the max you can get sent is from the last week?
Luckily i have just changed stakes and only had 20k on my new limit so this weeks worth would be very handy for me to have.
Any advice etc on getting settings/data etc etc back would be muchly appreciated!

It is possible to import hands from email. This may depend on the room you're playing at though.
I've done it myself through stars with on problems 
It looks like i have found my old hand histories and they are importing as we speak ♦

Ok I have a similar problem for HEM 1 in that I identified a HH I was missing contacted Stars and they sent me the HH in "Transcript" form i.e, the HH opened up rather than just a file.. does that makes sense, how then do i import the Data.
