Preflop is ok vs the smaller open-raise size.

Flop check vs a fish is totally fine, we can play pretty straightforward.

We should at the very least call the turn after flop check-back.

River probably a fold vs the fish, but it's close. Vs someone we could expect to be more aggro I would be inclined to call, but fish can often be pasive. He also just has a decent amount of Ax after preflop cold-call.
