I think his range for getting to the the turn is KK+ AK, but his raise makes no sense as he's IP. I find it hard to believe he would want to play AK this way, but the same applies for KK.
I want to fold as even in 3 bet pots in micro FR post flop raises are the nuts, but as it doesn't make sense to me I want to call.
