I don't see why you donked the turn. You are holding the nuts here and since he showed aggression on the flop it's likely that he'll also bet the turn.
I think I would check/raise or check/call the turn depending on the aggression factor of our opponent. If you are scared that he could check behind on the river you could donk about 2/3 potsize there

I would make it 0,3$ on the flop if getting raised then I´d go 1,5$
SInce I´m oop and player is middlestack then I try to maximize my fold equity that I could push turn (if I hit flush then I´d go 1/2 potsize bet) if I miss.
I think leading out on the turn is fine, but make it 1$.
River is fine.
