How to play such a hand? (all streets)

Flop is so dry, so unless villian holds 4x, then you should be way ahead.
I'd raise these donks as a bluff with 56, then I can't see why I can't re-raise with tptk. So my line would be re-raise to 3$ and if calls make 2/3 potsize valuebets on the turn and river.
But calling down is also fine (if his bets are close to the pot).
