Hello,

10% AFq is really low so we can't really expect him to bet a lot of turns.
Instead of check back flop/raise turn I prefer to just bet the flop myself. This way we could more easily two streets of value, as with raising the turn we are going to force him to lay down his weak range.
So, bet flop>check flop.

As played on flop, I prefer just calling turn.

Anyways, when he skips the cbet on the flop, what makes you think that checking back and raising the turn is going to show more value?

If he had any bluffs he would probably bet them on flop (with this high AF) so when he checks the flop he is limited to weak made hands (such as TT for example) and strong hands (like AA/33).
Against AA/33 we get the money in anyways, but against hands like TT we have two streets of value at the very best scenario. The thing is that if we check he flop there may be an overcard on the turn that would kill the action for those, also I highly doubt that we can get more value from checking back the flop and raising the turn than just playing bet/bet flop and turn.
