In that case, you'll have to choose a different poker room to receive the money on. As mentioned in that ticket, you can choose a new poker room on this page:

Once you have chosen a poker room, you need to go through all the steps in the download guide again. When you've gone through all the steps, you can then send us a ticket with your case sensitive username (the name you log in with) for that poker room. We will then restart the transfer of your free poker money
