On the homepage it says I've cllected 871 points in last four weeks, but still shows me as silver member and says I need 7 more, it's been like this for several days already.

Hi,
I can confirm that you need to have at least 800 SPs within the last 4 weeks to be ranked as a gold member. If there's anything wrong, please write us a ticket: http://www.pokerstrategy.com/help/

Hi Solomaextra,
during the pointupdates our system sometimes displays wrong points and a wrong status (max. 2hours). This problem occurs at every update. Unfortunately we can't fix it.
So we would appreciate it if you would desist from sending tickets concerning wrong points during that period.
