Preflop is fine.
Seeing as we potentially have 5 outs and also our back-door heart draw seems a pretty profitable spot to bet. We can still get called by worse and even if it doesn't happen that frequently we can protect our hand vs our opponents equity share.
Assuming we hit a decent turn card we may fire again for value as a bluff. Assuming a blank we are just checking down after our flop cbet.
