Flop check back is fine. If our hand gets much weaker we should be betting flop for protection. JJ strong enough to check back though.

On the turn we should put out a thin value-bet.

I understand your river comments. I do think it might affect his calling frequency somewhat though. Tbh I don't really see what decent made hands he can have here? You think there is any merit here in re-raising small and at least giving him the option to make some crazy bluff-jam?

Hmm. I think we are playing against a fish who can't handread at all and I also think he does the Cr whith a strong hand or pure air. I think it's very rare that a fish gets super fancy on the river so I think it's like 90% a good hand 10% air. To get max value from the good hands we should raise an amount he is ready to call with - so I think shoving and raising to 24 or something is much better than minraising or raising 16.

Even though I understand your idea of raising small to induce because it's hard to find him taking this line with any good hand as mentioned. Anyhow fishes love to slowplay and he could have here even AA or AK, AQ.

Ok, if we are playing against a fish and he has his value range he might not find hero-folds even vs a shove. So EV of a shove in this scenario is generally way higher than raising small (assuming he will cautiously decide to flat vs the smaller raise and not just re-raise all of his value range anyway).
